Do you charge extra for nutritional guidance and a diet plan?

No! But if you would like a specific diet plan customized to your workout routine and lifestyle, then a quote can be given to optimize your training.

What types of home fitness equipment do you recommend?

Body weight movements, kettlebells, resistance bands, and weighted vests are all great for an at home workout.

How are you different from a regular gym trainer?

It is totally different due to the customized and dynamic workouts I can provide! Spartan SGX focuses on many different aspects of training such as strength, endurance, agility, and don't forget the holistic approach.

I'm really out of this for me?

Of course! We always start slow and work our way into more intermediate and advanced movements.  You would be surprised how much your own body weight movements can improve your overall health.

How do I sign up for your personal training?

Easy! You can either give me a call or check the "Pricing Plan" page.  There are an array of packages for you to choose from.

I'm training for a Spartan Race..can you help me?

You have come to the right place.  I am a certified Spartan SGX coach and have race experience in almost every terrain there is.  I can help you with running, grip strength, endurance...just bring your mental grit.

Where do you provide the personal training?

All one on one personal training is done at Fortitude Crossfit in Slidell, LA.  I do offer at home personal training..message me for details.

Do you train groups?

Yep, sure do! Message me for a customized quote!
